Scope
These terms provisionally govern access to the Divend website and the commercial information available on it.
Contractual product use, billing and customer agreements will be governed by the final terms accepted during onboarding or contracting.
Permitted use
You must use the website lawfully, respectfully and consistently with its informational or commercial purpose.
Attempting to access restricted areas, interfere with service security, send false information or use the site for fraudulent activity is not allowed.
Accounts and access
Access to the application may require credentials and additional verification. Each user is responsible for protecting their credentials.
Divend may suspend or limit access when there is risk of abuse, misuse, non-payment or breach of applicable terms.
Commercial information
Prices, features and descriptions published on the website may change during product validation.
Any binding commitment must appear in the contracting flow, order, subscription or specific agreement signed with the customer company.
Changes
Divend may update these provisional terms. The final version will replace this sample text once approved.
